Personally, I enjoy Facebook. I like having a central location where I can keep up on my friend's activities, particularly those friends that have moved away and I love Scrabulous! I'm not at all fond of all the add-ons (what vegetable are you? Zombie bites?), but those are easy enough to avoid.
However, Facebook has been getting some bad press on their privacy policy. Brian Lamb, the "Emerging Technologies discoordinator" outlines the privacy issues and some steps you can take to better protect your privacy on Facebook.
